TARGET COMMUNICATIONS Consulting Company conducted consulting services for the provision of a Feasibility Study for Public Private Partnership for the small city marina of Ohrid and and providing support in the lead of the PPP implemented by Ohrid Local Government.
The aim of the Study is to stimulate funding and follow-up of the a small city marina which could be observed as a problem solving analysis of what needs to be done in order to enable a commissioning body to reach an agreed destination and achieve an agreed outcome for future PPP.
