Target Communications developed a strategic workshop with the management board of Imperial Tobacco. The goal of the strategic workshop was the Development of a new Strategy - "How to address new regulation challenges for no smoking in bars". The campaign was successful and in the past decade after the regulations, trough series of promotional events and sponsorship Imperial Tobacco still maintains a strong position on the market trough series of implementations. The hardest challenge to overcome was how to still keep the smokers in bars in winter and in the cold weather, due to the high number of smokers bars adapted to these new conditions with the help of Imperial Tobacco. Also a big side of the Macedonian Agriculture economy depends on the demand of tobacco.
