Republic of Macedonia has a rich history of authentic, cultural, natural and traditional resources and products who in the last decades of rural tourism according to global trends, offer serious opportunities for the development of this branch. At the same time, the unique approach at traditional products is a strong foundation for making a specific and unified model and concept for the development of the rural tourism of Macedonia.
This strategy for has the aim to identify the concept and strategy for development and to set a frame for future encouragement of the tourism offer of Macedonia. This document is a first of its kind in Macedonia which is developed in coordination with the domestic and international strategical documents and especially EU standards for rural development and rural tourism.
Target Communications was brought in by the Ministry of Economy to prepare development programs and strategy for rural tourism in Macedonia. In this direction, Target Communications has organized and completed strategy on Macedonian rural tourism resources in front of the Ministry and Government.
