Tikves is the leading Wine producer in the region 1885, At the most popular world wine competitions, the wines of “Tikvesh” winery have won more than 50 awards, recognitions and high rankings by world renowned critics. This proves the epithet of "Tikvesh" winery as the most awarded winery in the country, and widely in the region.

The recognizable label of Tikveš also implies an ability to combine local and international grape varieties, in order to craft a wine that will have a unique and memorable flavour. The micro-vinification process allows us to use grape berries of highest quality and to retain the best traits of the variety and locality. The use of oak barrels (barrique) for fermentation and aging of the wine is another crucial method which enables the oenological team at Tikveš to build and maintain the unique character of our wines.

The role of Target Communication was to provide EU IPARD Funding for Tikves, Target Communication has helped with the preparation of the application for increasing the capacity and quality of produced wine. The results of the prject were a 450.000 euro direct funding, that lead to improvement of the wine quality trough the delivery of new machinery. With this project and improvement of their wine, lead Tikves to receiving more than 50 awards around the world in wine competitions. Today Tikves is recognized as the leader in Wine production in the Balkans.
