Тhe Target Communications team had the task to develop a strategy for tourism development in the municipality of Tearce which should be implemented by 2028. First, the current situation of tourism was diagnosed and the opportunities and potentials offered by the territory of the municipality of Tearce for tourism development were determined.
After reviewing the current situation and identifying the possibilities, the techniques of SWOT and PEST analysis were applied, based on which were defined strategic goals and defined mission and vision for this project, which ultimately resulted in a final bilingual version that includes a detailed action plan for successful implementation of the Strategy.
